Lack of service for the airconditioner & other utilities
MYI really appreciate the overall facade of the homestay, a kampung look with a modern interior. Facilities are well kept. Excellent customer service always quick to resolve problems and answer enquiries. Beautiful landscape, very serene. Highly recommend. Just one note the pool is really shallow like a pond mostly suitable for children to dip in.
On the second day of our stay, there was a major leakage from the upstairs accommodation that flowed into our room downstairs Water was everywhere on the floor when we got up in the morning. But a quick call was made and the owner was quick to respond and take action. No fuss.
