Una struttura molto carina in pieno centro di Matera; davvero a due passi dai sassi dal corso principale e per visitare tutta la città, davvero top! Per arrivarci in auto è comodissimo, senza entrare in ZTL, ho anche trovato il parcheggio gratuito lì dietro e non ho più toccato la macchina, tutto a piedi...inoltre gentilissime le ragazze del bar di sotto, dove c'e' la colazione convenzionata...nulla da dire! La consiglio..

L'unico appunto, molto scomodo, (ma è normale, siamo in pieno centro di Matera): per chi ha passeggini o valigie molto grandi salire nella stanza è difficoltoso...ci sono due belle scalinate da fare a piedi....il resto nulla da dire!!

Много чисто, просторно, със всичко необходимо за комфортен престой( климатик, хладилник ) кафе машина с капсули на етажа , на пешеходно разстояние може да се използва безплатен паркинг, също така и самият център е на 7-10 минути пеша, изключително любезни хазяи 😌Препоръчвам!

Съжалявам само, че не наех апартамента за целия престой!
