Die Lage direkt am Fluss

Personal war so gut wie nie vor Ort. Ich hatte einen 4er Dorm gebucht, musste aus Gründen wg Wandschäden oder ähnliches den 8er Dorm nehmen. Die Bettwäsche sah in jedem Bett benutzt aus. Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes gesehen dass neue Gäste in nicht gewechselten Bettwäschen schlafen mussten. Das Bad wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht, nicht einmal der Mülleimer im Bad gelernt. Zudem war es am Wochenende höllenlaut weil nebenan eine Bar mit DJ ist, dass die Wände gewackekt haben. Da es auch keine Hausordnung gibt, hatte ich in der letzten Nacht Mitbewohner die nachts um 2 im ganzen Raum Licht anmachen, sich ins Bett legen und telefonieren. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen begrünten Sitzplatz. Der ist schön aber auch die Tische dreckig. Es gibt noch eine Terasse auf der man sitzen kann, da geht es. Keine Ahnung was da los war/ ist. Das Haus selbst ist so süß und die Lage echt top. Könnte eine spitzenmäßige Unterkunft sein.

Host was not in the building to check us in. The number he left was not working for us . Other guests said he has few jobs so propably is on the job. After waiting for 20mins , we left to find a new place to sleep ( many places were fully booked as it was Christmas) . Also- he let to someone else a double private room that we have booked. Contacted him to say what happened via booking and never heard back

Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sauber, sejr praltische Lage. Schön am Fluss. Belebte Strasse.

Kein Fenster, Badezimmer etwas heruntergekommen, jedoch sauber!

Located in the old town, few seconds away from cute coffee shops, restaurants, the river and the main attractions! The staff is also very friendly

Location is good,easy to navigate around. The bed setting is spadeful.

It’s not easy to meet with the on duty staff. No slippers (either for dry or wet area) supply, especially with the rules—-taking shoes off before entering the building. The kitchen area doesn’t maintain clean and in orders. The shared washroom / bathroom doesn’t appear have been cleaned daily. It’s noisy from the nearby bars even after 10pm.

Good location on the canals

I had booked a 4 bed room and they moved me to an 8 bed with no real explanation and no discount, I tried to contact the manager and they never replied

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a great location next to the river and nearby all other attractions of Malacca. Our room Was comfortabke and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Only little pressure in the shower...
