The location is perfect, it's right in the center but not noisy at all. The host was kind, the facilities were more than I expected for the price.

Гостевой дом находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от центра города, куда приезжают все маршрутки и это прямая, асфальтированная дорога, без подьемов и спусков, что очень важно, для путешественника с чемоданов.Номер был с террасой, из окна горы, канатная дорога и красивейшая церковь, которая в ночное время красиво подсвечивается. Под окном была горная река, шум которой мне не мешал(каждому свое). Меня встретила приветливая хозяйка. Можно пользоваться бесплатно утюгом, стиральной машиной (стиральный порошок есть в начличии). Есть оборудованная кухня. При гостевом доме имеется ресторан, куда можно сходить по обедать, готовят вкусно. Рядом с отелем много кафе. Однозначно рекомендую к проживанию. Если ещё окажусь в этих местах, то однозначно остановлюсь там снова.

Baratisimo, vistas excepcionales, restaurante al lado bueno,justo al lado del Credo bank, de donde salen las excursiones.

Гестхаус расположен в самом центре Местии, рядом кафе и автовокзал, но при этом окна комнаты выходят на реку и никакого шума от улицы. Окна панорамные, вид великолепный. Очень добродушная хозяйка, все показала, во всем помогала. Есть кухня с посудой. Можно и чай попить, и еду приготовить. В общем, от души рекомендую это место!

The river and mountain view

The room is cold

Before my multi day trek I stayed here and it was great. River view was amazing and so relaxing, I was excited to come back.

After the trek I went to check in and was told I wouldn’t get a room because they had family visiting (even though I booked several weeks in advance and the reservation was confirmed). I got moved to Sunny guesthouse across the street, which turned out to be a bad experience. This review is for Sunny as that is where I stayed. Every room was occupied by a big group partying late into the night. I couldn’t lock the room as the keys were stuck in the doorway no matter how long I tried to get them out, so had to take all my valuables with me when I left the room. At midnight I had a drunk member of the group party enter my room which was very scary, I did not feel safe at all as a solo female. Besides this, the alternative accommodation I was given did not have a view, the room was dark and not as nice as the one I had booked at Mari, yet I had to pay the same price. Also the mattress may be the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Overall a horrible night with little sleep and not what I was looking forward to after hiking for 5 days. Beware! You may not get to stay here even if your reservation is confirmed as shown by other reviewers having the same experience.
