I had a wonderful stay in Roza's guest house. The staff were extraordinarily kind and friendly from the very moment I arrived to the moment I left. Everything was clean and relaxed, with a sense of excitement in the air from the other hikers. Lovely view from my room and a wonderful, peaceful garden. Thank you so much for this special first night in Svaneti.

Nice breakfast, price, and views. Everything clean, people were generally nice.

Roza seems to speak English pretty well but be careful! There was some serious miscommunication about when/how to pay, and she threatened to call the cops. So just ensure she truly understands what she is smiling and nodding to.

We LOVED our stayed at Rozas guesthouse. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The views on the mestia valley and the garden are truly spectacular. The guesthouse is a good distance from the city center (a little of uphill). We felt welcomed by her family. During one night we enjoyed the show of typical music and Georgian dancing. Roza helped us get around and arranged travel for us. We even went together in the bus to Tbilisi and she helped us booking thought the app a taxi to our hotel in Tbilisi. We also had some drinks (chacha and wine) with the family. We felt part of the family. We will definitely come back here one day ♥️thanks Roza.

It’s not located in the town of Mestia, so it requires a little walk (5-7 min) to get to from the town center. On the plus this gives great views of the valley.

I liked this hotel. Room was clean, view was amazing,garden was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and the guest house was really easy to reach from the city center. The breakfast was very delicious too. High recommendation!

We LOVED staying at Roza’s! Such a peaceful place with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed chilling in the hammocks. Roza was very friendly and helpful, she speaks English. She arranged a taxi for us to Maseri and we could leave our car at her place during our 2-day hike. 5 minute walk to the center of Mestia.

Roza's Guest house was extremely clean, well managed and comfortable at a reasonable price. Roza herself greeted us and was happy to help with any questions or queries including booking a transfer back from Ushguli, leaving bags and breakfast/lunch. We would happily stay there again.
