"Grossly disappointed by the upkeep. Must mention the location at far end of the slope clearly in the"

Its in the old district so closer to the hills and some nice views of the valley. Toilets are refurbished, so clean.

1. Very poor mattress, 2. No hooks or hangers for clothes in the room or toilet, 3. untidy common areas inside the house, 4. Taking the car to the property is arduous as it is up a slope with cobbled stones.

Good room, clean with great views. The owner very kindly allowed us to park our car in the garden for 4 days without asking for payment.

Nothing. But make sure you have a 4X4 if you drive up to the property, it’s very steep!

Family-run guesthouse with clean and cozy rooms. The patio is perfect for relaxing after a hike, and guests can also use the kitchen.

The location is a bit away from the center, but that’s what makes it so peaceful and quiet. Plus, the view is one of the best in town.

"Original Mestia house and family, perfect stay in this guest house"

If you are looking for a stay at a guest house in a original family, area this is a perfect location. Very friendly people - host, clean room and bathroom, overwelming breakfast. From the village the climb up to the guest house is steep but the scenary, stay and view is worth it. It is basic but very good and well hosted.
