Gorgeous landscape and scenery, quiet and peaceful, the food was amazing, the staff is very friendly and there was even a surprise new year's eve party.

Not a huge problem, but communicating in english was not their strong suit, but we managed to communicate and solve all questions with google translate. Also, the road up to the hotel was very slippery, winter tyres are a must if you are visiting in the winter.
