Great Location for exploring the city. Very nice hosts. Great communication and support throughout my travels. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Central location, the view from balcony is to the housed hill, spectacular. Self check-in, kitchen with breakfast facilities and minimal breakfast package. The staff is very helpful with any request. Recommend to try the chocolate in the shop Sabadi in the front of San Giorgio Duomo, they get many prizes, never eat such special chocolate.

If I had to complain about something it would have been nicer to have a fuller stove/oven for cooking than just a hot plate (but I was grateful for at least this)

Perfect! Room was very clean and looked good. Access to the kitchen is great, big thumb up for coffee machine. Keep in mind that it's Modica centrum, so at evening there are traffic jams.

I have contacted the day before departure and the host was very kind and helped me make the reservation for taxi at 10, but there is no one appear for the checkout till 11 so I had to give the key to the neighbour with help of the taxi driver who waited me for one hour. there is no way to contact the host as its weekend… quite disappointing to end such pleasant stay like this

I liked the location in the middle of the historic center of Modica. Close to different sights, shopping etc. The view is also stunning from the hotel balcony. The bed was very comfortable.
