Super great host, great price and quiet zone. The room is spacious with some great accent/decorations for the bedroom. It is one of my favorite places in Vietnam. Facilities are around it (coffee shops, restaurants and others) Some are cheaper and some are more expensive, so for everyone tastes with good rates.(Italian, belges or French waffles, Russian restaurants, and for sure great Vietnamese seafood restaurants).

The location is between two towns but you have to rent a scooter anyway to visit both towns. Easy to rent there.

I stayed for 11 nights, I got a a very big apartment with a kitchen, new refrigrator, got my apartment cleaned every 3 days. Not only there is AC but also a fan. The bigger beach is around 45 minutes of slow walking from the hotel. Very quiet and worth it place for people on budget.

I think that pillows are too and should be deeply washed and least, so they don't have a smell of previous guests anymore.

Very loving hosts, will help you either everything. Nice big room with a small kitchen

The actual beach where you can swim isn’t 10 m away from the hostel, it’s a couple km

Big, clean, comfortable 'suite' with access to the terrace.

Owner didn't really seem interested in any more than checking you in/out. No hot water either morning (7am, 8am) although it did appear in the afternoon. Worst thing was trying to negotiate the barky, aggressive dogs that blocked the way to my room both nights. (if they're the hotel's dogs sort them out, if they're strays then move them on!) No sign of the owner to help on either occasion (just another guest I think - thank you, and apologies for blaming you!) Not what I paid for!
