Okay property

They do not have a proper hot water in this facility, if u are going with younger kids and old people then u will definitely struggle. There response is wait till hot water comes in tap which is centralised one and we never got proper hot water in our entire stay, neither in the morning nor in evening.

Cleanliness and accessibility are the best that we liked about the accommodation. We were a family of four and we took a family suite. Spacious hall with dining room, two bedrooms and bath, wonderful balcony through every room door was ice on the cake, well equipped kitchen - enjoyed making coffee and noodles with the help of vessels there and zepto orders. We left from there to GRS and it just took us less than 20 mins to reach. Overall excellent experience. Thanks a ton for the arrangements, fully satisfied 😊

Cleanliness and location of the property is good.

The service by Staff and the bathroom facility are not good. Though the manager was good but the other staff was rude and always on phone and never responding properly. They take a lot of time to resolve problem in the room. Particularly the cook was talking rudely with our ladies and did not show any respect.
