Ondo House

The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. There was always someone around for help. The room was comfortable. There were some problems with electricity and equipment when we arrived but they were fixed in a timely manner.

Bare pillows (under the covers) were old and stained. The cleaning lady would move and fold our clothes, including dirty clothes, which was confusing. We ordered dinner once, it was tasty but small amounts for the price.

Anche lo staff era molto gentile. La posizione è molto comoda alla spiaggia che si trova a pochi minuti a piedi. La stanza e le zone comuni erano pulite e in ordine, considerando gli standard dell'isola e il prezzo pagato.

I dont recommend this property. The photos dont reflect the actual condition of the place. The property is currently called Ondo House, but the photos shown are from Villa Mia, which is misleading. The hotel’s generator was too small, which meant that during power outages there was temporarily no water, no air conditioning, and it was not possible to charge a phone. This happened very frequently and was extremely exhausting, especially after a full day when you want to return to the hotel, take a proper shower, and cool down. In both rooms we rented, the safes weren't working. We repeatedly asked for an additional towel, as we were given only one towel per couple, but this was never resolved. In one of the rooms there was no mosquito net, and despite several requests, this issue was also not fixed. After three nights, we decided to check out early due to these problems. The owner refused to refund our money and, during the conversation, even accused us of racism simply because we did not agree to stay under such conditions. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
