Ondo House

L’hôtel est super, le personnel est très agréable, la plage est à 3 min à pied et proche du centre ville, des commerces et des restaurants.

Esta a 2 minutos andando de la playa. Tiene piscina en el alojamiento y están pendientes de lo que necesites. Hacen la cama y limpian el baño a diario. Nos gestionaron taxi desde el aeropuerto. Buena calidad precio

-die gemütliche Hotelanlage -das Frühstück (es gab sogar Wurst, was in Sansibar selten zu sein scheint) -der Pool -die zentrale Lage (man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Meer) -die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere Thomas war immer zur Stelle und sehr bemüht

-die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, insbesondere im Bad (ich habe nicht barfuß geduscht) -der Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens hat in alle Richtungen gespritzt -die Handtücher wurden in 4 Tagen nicht gewechselt

On est resté 3 jours, le ménage n’a pas été fait, la climatisation était souvent en panne.

I would like to highlight Mr Hassan as an amazing host, he made our vacation easygoing and smooth, everything we asked he accommodated very fast without any problems. Additionally to his actions there was young Mr Thomas who is also great and helpful in every way. Bravo for both guys and all recommendations for them. House itself is cute with beautiful garden and pool, so if you want to stay away from the crowd, you can enjoy your day by the pool with music and drinks.

La location

I liked the location, the stuff was kind and welcoming, the place was exactly like the pictures. It's also close to the beach.

Nel complesso: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo se paragonato a tutte le strutture vicine. La struttura non affaccia direttamente sulla splendida spiaggia di Nungwi, ma questa è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Vengono organizzate escursioni, assolutamente da fare: snorkelling con i delfini! Nonostante non sia presente un ristorante ci è stato reso possibile ordinare take away da un ristorante vicino, prezzi onestissimi e cibo buono.

In generale credo che Nungwi sia sopravvalutata rispetto alle spiagge della costa sud-est, questo però é un parere soggettivo e non ha niente a che fare con la struttura. Come opportunità di miglioramento per un servizio più efficiente, sulla base di quanto fatto dalla maggior parte delle strutture, chiederei alla struttura di addebitare tutto sul conto della camera e da saldare alla fine, nel nostro caso: - bevande del bar interno addebitate sul conto (quindi ok) - cene take away ed escursioni, entrambe prenotate tramite la struttura, da saldare subito in contanti
