The Menezes’s family are very friendly and kind!!!Very nice place with a very quiet localition. Very easy comunication with Panjin’s centro and Old Goa

Location, facilities, helping nature of staff _ Ronny and Mary both were helpful.

Little problem with the double bed of our room, except this, everything was exceptionally great.

Our host was very friendly and welcoming and helped us with taxis and advice. The location is very close to a main street where there are supermarkets, restaurants and a brilliant Portuguese bakery. It's also walking distance from the beach (though it's not really a pretty beach).

It was great that there was a kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge, but everything needed properly cleaning and there were no cloths to do this. There were ants everywhere that got into our dried food, so we had to keep everything in the fridge. The bin wasn't emptied everyday which wasn't great due to the heat. There was a water filter dispenser, but it didn't look as though it had had the filter replaced very regularly and we both had mildly upset stomachs. It might not have been the water, but we were better after changing to bottled. Also Google maps have the wrong street and there isn't a big sign outside the property, so quite tricky to find the first time.
