Massive suite, great breakfast, peaceful location

The light timer in the hall in front of the bathroom - waking up partner if night time toilet use required…not a major issue though!

Nothing - Everything exceeded my expectations

The location was awesome. Close to an amazing park and the ocean.

The hosts ,David and Jenni , were friendly and welcoming and gave much welcome local advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni . The breakfast ,described as a Full Manx (Full English) was excellent. Really ,one of the best I have had over the years .Very well presented .The other choices were excellent though on holiday I only spoil myself with a full English ! Cereals ,fruit and juices are all available even a veggies option !The room was exceptionally clean, bright with sufficient towels and soap stuff . Great view of the mountains .

Whilst the address is COBURG ROAD , the entrance is actually round the corner ! A little notice at the back garden gate would be useful .The Isle of Mann weather was unusually hot (!) perhaps consideration of a portable fan for any future visitors of which I am likely to be one !

the room was very spacious and the bed comfy, there is not really a view as the lake is covered by trees

the breakfast was average
