the first night there I had a mattress, that was way old and had a huge "hole" in it. I couldn't sleep and when it was time to get up, my back and hip was hurting so bad that I was barely able to walk for the next two days. They replaced it the same day, but to tell me that they didn't know it was bad, ... yeah ok.. you couldn't tell that the mattress was bad every time you changed the sheets ?! And at check out I was told because I booked the room through booking, they couldn't do anything for me and next time I wanted to reserve a room, to use their website directly. When I asked what they difference was, she told me that it's cheaper for me using booking, but like in this case she couldn't compensate me for the trouble. Also the girl who worked during breakfast didn't speak any German and barely any English, which made communication a pain too.

The hotel is right in front of the lake. The room with the lake view is great. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Our room was very nice and spacious The breakfast every morning was very good and hearty. The hotel and restaurant staff was outstanding, and very attentive to the guests. The location right there on the lake was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to return again soon.
