Very noisy, you can hear the other people in the building. In the room you cannot smoke, but the owner was was near our room and did smoke…. So our room smelt like smoke anyways, very unpleasant. Also owner does not speak English very well, so communation was not easy.

Great location, clean bathroom, spacious room, AC, big beds

Shower clogged, the floor could be more clean (there was a sock and peanuts under one of our beds)

The location of the place was very central. Close to the main street with shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket literally downstairs. The room served its purpose: a place to stay for one night. The staff was very nice.

I wouldn't stay there for more than 1-2 nights. The room and bathroom were quite small and not very modern.

A szállás a belvárosban található, közel a tengerhez. Könnyen elérhető innen Terszat és Opatija is. A környék közlekedése és ellátottsága kiváló. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, a szoba jól felszerelt, felújított és tiszta.

La posizione centrale

Quarto piano senza ascensore, ma fa parte della storicità dello stabile, pazienza. Generale trasandatezza con biancheria stesa nel corridoio centrale, e odore di fumo ovunque. Il bagno non è assolutamente adeguato, non c'è spazio utile a sedersi fra i sanitari, una cosa fuori da ogni logica che mi ha costretto ad utilizzare dei servizi esterni. Il pagamento è avvenuto forzatamente in contanti, e senza la promessa ricevuta! Cosa fra le altre cose non segnalata all'atto della prenotazione su booking. Sicuramente non tornerò!
