the ambiance, outdoor cleanliness, set up of table outside is lovely for having coffee at any time, gas stove is very good, staff very accommodating with all our needs

there were cockroach, tv not working, microwave not working, rice cooker on but not able to reach cooking point, noise from the party lasted till around midnight, it was a really annoying noise
