The room floor was dirty,the water was cold,the bed was not comfortable the were no glasses plates and or cutlery

A heater and TV

Dirt, no proper curtains, no food utensils even a glass to drink water,bed uncomfortable, duvet no cover,shower not in good condition.

The place is so bad not appropriate, very dirty full of cock roaches

The bathroom didn't have a door....the shower didn't have a curtain....the TV was not working...towels were not provided. ..

I called in to let them no my partner will get there before me then I was told they r not expecting me and they r fully booked. . .I was cancelled after I booked weeks before.then my partner and I got stuck in jozi and didn't have a place to stay.we nearly even got mugged looking for a place to go to online.i was told they are fully booked and there are people in the premises already.but I was refunded same day of cancellation.i will never book them again or should I say I will never use booking.com again.

There was no breakfast offered, the location is noisy and the other guests were so noisy, there is insufficient parking, the place is terrible and the owner and the staff do not care at all

the fact that i was woken up at 12:30 am to move my car because the other guests couldnt park because their reservations were made late, first on ma way to Joburg i was called to say the place is fully booked, they will give me a refund, whereas i booked on monday the 27th of March already and i refused to take a refund, the owner of the place is greeedy and doesnt care about people. you must take this place off your books please, the staff is rude and wardrobes were broken, tv was not working, the door kept banging at night because it doesnt close properly.
