The people who welcomes us seemed very friendly, however straight after we arrived they informed us they are taking us to another place to stay.

We did not know where we were going, and taken about 20 minutes though and unknown city, in the dark, by a man who spoke broken English, it was a little alarming. We got to out 'apartment' which did not resemble the photos at all. The street noise was LOUD, made it very difficult to sleep. There were dead cockroaches around. And to top it off I woke up with bedbugs all over my arms and back. I don't ever give 1 star reviews, but since I have itchy bites to remember this 1 night stay for the next week or two, I feel like I needed to warn others about this stay.

Location - close to the Athens airport, perfect for short stay before or after a flight. Hospitality of the hosts. They are so kind and go out of their way to help their quests. E.g when I asked Emilia whether we could use a washer machine she yes of course and offered even offered to iron the clothes for me.

Very dirty and smelly. No warm water. Bathroom waste bin was overflowing with offensive content.

Barking dogs and mosquitos all night. No air conditioning
