Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Beautifully decorated room. Perfect location, close to the city center, next to tourist landmarks and good food. Bonus point: the cafe downstairs is really cosy and has a great playlist

Location is great, communication by the host generally good and helpful. Floors and sheets really clean, and bed and pillows very comfy.

Some of the furnishings are a bit old, and instead of washing appear to have been ‘cleaned’ with chemical spray - sadly this makes them not feel so clean and instead give the room a chemical smell. Largely this could be helped by airing the room. Some of the wallpaper is peeling and shows what appears to be water damage? Generally could do with a bit of a refresh, but the positives (location is good, the most important things are spotless and the host is responsive) outweigh these for the price :)

The location was awesome. Ho.Me. Easyhouse is close to lots of small temples, shops and restaurants where you order your food and eat it at small sidewalk tables. Starting at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday the nearby streets were filled with colorful, noisy religious processions. We felt we were experiencing "authentic" Tainan. Comfy bed and nice shower, too.

Monica was a delightful host but we didn't get to see her after check-in (although we knew she would make herself available if we had any problems.) It would have been nice to have someone there to answer our questions at least for part of the day and maybe provide some maps. Also, there was a hot water pot on the first floor but not in our room (3F). Overall, though, very nice.

The place is clean , looks very nice, location is just wonderful . The owners are decent and high value people and the house reflects this too.

There is really nothing to complain about it

Location was excellent. It was very convenient since bus stops are very close. Very strong wifi Friendly staff.

It turned out that it is a general practice to throw away toilet paper into the trash can instead of throwing it into the toilet bowl in the city. It would be nice if the trash can has a cover to block some of the smell. The bathroom became stinky if we didn't clear the trash can frequent enough.

Great location, moderately clean, more suitable for local, value for price.

Not entirely suitable for foreigners/ non-local people, payment was confusing and hard to catch the guesthouse staff for payment. Can be cleaner - the inner blanket quilt was stinky, smelled of previous guests sweat and saliva. The hair dryer was broken.

The owner was very polite and accommodating. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was nice and tidy. Blocked out a lot of outside noise. There’s also a nice cafe in front called “自己的房間”. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re staying here. Being a diehard coffee lover, I knew I had to try it at first sight. But it’s hard to find a seats, lucky enough, the owner 荷米姐 helped us reserve seats! Couldn’t thank her enough. After a long ride, we really needed a nice cup of caffeine to give us that extra boost. 10/10 would come stay again. Highly recommended~
