very old so not very good value for money compared to other properties I have stayed in Portugal. Bed not very comfortable and old bathroom.

Everything. The location is great, basically in the center. The bedroom was spacious enough with a desk. The bed was quite comfortable too . The property was very friendly. I don't speak Portuguese, but with my Spanish knowledge we manage to communicate without any issue. They also own a restaurant where we ate for our Sunday lunch. It was very delicious with great value for money. I'll definitely come back...

The door that separates the bedroom and the bathroom couldn't close properly. It isn't an issue, actually, but it could be fixed.

Owner was very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Common areas were quaint and comfortable. Really great location for being able to easily walk to the river, shops, and restaurants. Great price and worked really well for our group. Rarely saw other guests, and everyone was respectful and quiet.

No towels in the bathroom for drying hands. We only stayed one night, so can't comment on the shower, etc. Be aware the accommodations are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Rather long, steep steps to get to the second floor.

Very good location at centre of Tavira.
