Discovery Tavira

We had a wonderful stay at Discovery Apartment in Tavira, Algarve, and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location right in the centre of this beautiful town. Everything you could need was literally on the doorstep, making it perfect for exploring Tavira. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with a great kitchen that has everything you might need, and a lovely patio area that was a real bonus for relaxing. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and very well cared for. The accommodation is run by Junior and his sister, who were both extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth really added to the experience. A special mention must go to Junior’s restaurant — it’s small, so booking a table is essential, but absolutely worth it. The steak was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. We had a fantastic time in the Algarve and will definitely return. When we do, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Discovery Apartment again.

The hosts were really friendly and we felt very comfortable in our little apartment. Nice terrace and clean room, kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything. Communication from the owner Junior was fantastic. Such a warm friendly helpful man. He met us exactly on time, showed us the immaculate apartment and beautiful shared terrace. The apartment is well equipped, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower. The terrace is a really lovely space. Highly recommend that you eat at Junior's restaurant, we had a really lovely meal . Thank you Junior for a first class experience. See my pics of the terrace.
