Beautiful old building within close walking distance of the bridge and the town centre. We came by train and with a baby, and it was very easy. Our host was friendly and the whole place was welcoming. Our little one particularly appreciated the carpet which was lovely and soft.

The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked . The owner was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal; a short walk from the centre of Totnes but very quiet. We would like to return in the near future.
