Air con not cool enough. But everything else fab

Good location. Nice bright room, comfortable furniture and very clean. No noice heard from the restaurant below.

There is only a coffee machine in the room, so we took our own travel kettle. Surprised that there was no iron/ironing board available for use, which was disappointing given we had obviously travelled with our clothes in a suitcase.

Our room at Franka was gorgeous... lovely decoration, thoughtful details, charming old stone walls and a cute little balcony perfect for a morning coffee. The courtyard restaurant below was delicious and a must try! The staff were also very kind and helpful.

The room was nicely decorated and in a good position in the old town. Bathroom had great water pressure.

The extra bed for the third person was ok but my son is tall and it was a bit small.

Tastefully decorated and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us and our 6 year old. We loved that it was in the old town and close to everything. The restaurant was fabulous. Nina and staff were helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend. It was noisy one night from the loud club music somewhere in the old town, but despite the amazing soundproof windows and building it did keep us up late into the night

Loved the location and the accommodation was beautiful. Lovely large room done out exceptionally well and the bed was enormous and really comfy. Bathroom also really nice.

The host!! We were not given a code to enter the property. I had to contact Booking.com to get the code and this took a very lengthy phone call and a wait of an hour. No contact was made by the host with me - very impersonal.
