Mi-a placut locatia, privelistea pe balcon, ca am avut tot ceea ce aveam nevoie in apartament, comunicarea cu proprietarul buna. As mai reveni.

Poate compartimentarea apartamentului, dar nu e ceva ce a deranjat.

Appartement needs a bit maintenance - some lights, kitchen hood are not working, some wires sticking out of walls, dirty cloes behind the bed

The view was nice, could see planes landing, sea and Island Ciovo.

There was very little kitchen equipment, like spatulas for cooking/frying. No kitchen roll or kitchen towels, cutlery tray was in pieces, no bottle/wine opener. I stayed in two other apartments in Croatia and they both had little things like, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, enough toilet rolls, shower gels, even like complementary wine. Neither of them was more expensive than this place. As a bonus there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

The onsite host who greeted us was lovely, happy and bubbly, she offered to help with our luggage and gave us useful information. The apartment was in a good location with amazing sea views. There is plenty of storage and are very spacious. Clean and fresh. Overall we will stay again in the future.

These apartments have the potential to be amazing if a few things were addressed by the owner - things are a little worn out, the bedding and towels are clean but very worn and dated, the kitchen had an odd assortment of utensils and chipped crockery and the kitchen sink plug was broken so washing up was challenging. The patio chairs are held together with cable ties! The sofa bed in the living area was uncomfortable for relaxing on and the bed mattress had springs poking out of it. It's generally jaded now but honestly would not take much effort or thought to make these apartments really appealing. The current state is manageable for a short stay but if I had booked as my main holiday I think I would have felt a little let down, however, the price is fair for the condition and compared to other properties in the area but the potential has not been utilised. The onsite host is doing a great job - working with what's she's got and is presenting the property as best she can - new bed mattresses are a must along with bedding, towels and kitchen equipment and would go a long way to assist her in her work and we thank her for her genuine hospitality - she is an asset to the owners and a lovely person. For the price the expectation was OK.

The apartment isn't clean, thick dust on top of the cupboard and bathroom mirror. Moldy bathroom ceiling Uncomfortable beds Need to ask for toilet paper and for trash bags Poorly equiped kitchen. Barely any glasses or cutlery. No cutting knives, no scissors. No potato peeler. Just a few plates. No washing machine. There is a owen but you can't use it cause there is no owen plate. There is no coffee machine even though they list it on the booking website There is no blow-dryer even though it is listed on the booking website. I don't watch tv but the tv has a 15" screen. The walls are really thin you can hear everyone staying in the house.
