House Ivančić

Though a little on the small side, House Ivancic was a very comfortable accommodation, which i was able to gain entry to as soon as i arrived in Trogir, mid morning. Mirjam was extremely helpful on the phone in guiding me through the entry process. Which was very easy really. Set in an attractive and buzzy small street, it was within easy walking distance of the bus station, the harbour and all of Trogir's delightful sights. Spotlessly clean throughout and with a very comfortable double bed. I enjoyed my short stay here.

The room was very small and cramped, with no table and no wardrobe, just hangers on the wall to hang one's clothes. Not very satisfactory. The tiny tv was set high on the wall near the entrance. Positioned flush with the wall, it looked at an almost impossible angle from which to view it. I didn't even attempt to turn it on, it would have been a complete waste of time. There was no switch at the bedside to turn off the main light. Going forward, these things will need to be addressed and rectified by the owner as, in my opinion, they're an essential part of any good quality accommodation. Aside from these observations, everything else was fine and i was happy in general with the place.

Interesting part of the Old Town as plenty of historical buildings and places to sit overlooking the inlet and hillsides. Nice shadey tree areas and lack of traffic noise where we were staying. Large supermarket and bus station about 10 minutes walk from this apartment. Buses to various destinations and very cheap so no need for a car! Bus number 37 from the airport and is every 30 minutes, costing 2.50 euros each. Quicker to go to Trogir than Split. Loads of places to eat although the apartment has adequate cooking facilities.

A little difficult finding the apartment as we arrived in the dark...but we got there. Could have done with a couple more pillows....for some reason the English like 2 pillows each...must be our peculiar anatomy!

Super lokalizacja - wszędzie bardzo blisko. Gustownie urządzony apartament.

The location of the property was great. Everything was walkable, the town and the bus stop. The bus to the airport was great on time and one €1.25.

The room was pretty small, but very attractive with two seagull beds and a great air conditioner.
