Everything was perfect incl.very helpful owner: we prefered 3 separate beds and the family changed the furniture disposition in short time after our arrival to help us to enjoy our stay even more comfortable.

The family and staff were friendly and extremely helpful with all our requests and needs. I needed extra bedding, they sorted out everything within minutes. We had a room with our own bathroom. They are available to help and someone on site all the time. I love the garden space. Also, parking included and location is very central, but close to the beaches. Very quiet area, too! Thank you for your hospitality. The father does wood carving from olive tree wood and they have a small beautiful shop in their hall. Me and my son love their creations :) we will be back

Не сразу нашли , если вы на машине , лучше остановится у кольца и пешком найти место куда вы приехали , на соседних улицах, на которые приводил нас навигатор было трудно разъехаться и невозможно развернутся

La gentillesse, la discrétion de nos hôtes. Nous avons pu cuisiner facilement, il y a beaucoup d'ustensiles à cet effet. Le logement est proche du centre, mais dans un environnement calme. Bravo pour les fleurs et la tonnelle.

The apartment is located very close to the old town (Stari Grad) of Ulcinj. So, you have nice restaurants, the Aquarius White Beach, Ladies Beach, and the Small Beach (Mala Ulcinjska Beach) within a 1-2 km radius. The host was very friendly and accommodating. She even upgraded my room without charging any fees. I liked the bougainvillea, the grapes, and the kiwi vines in the courtyard.

The rooms are located uphill. So, you have to climb 70-80 meters to reach here. Otherwise, a great location- totally value for money.

Pretty basic room and quite chilly. No view from the room. You look to the back of the house over some brickwork. No heating pump for extra cooling t.m no proper heating/ventilation system. You have kettle and some classes on your room. Could recommend for couple of nights. No shower gel, dishwashing soap and kitchen towel..prepare for ask.

The kitchen is in old garage and there is not enough cutlery. Vanished old things in the kitchen area. From the sink is coming cold water.

Le logement est très bien situé. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et agréables. Nous y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit où nous avions réservé quelque jours avant seulement. Prix très intéressant.

El precio muy barato, y muy cómoda la estancia.
