Die Lage, das Zimmer mit A/C, die Küche (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, usw.). Eigentlich alles, aber vor Allem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Andrea herzlichen Dank für deine Hinweise und Empfehlungen für die Parkplätze, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Cafés usw.

Es ist ratsam die Hinweise des Personals für die Größe des Badezimmers im Zimmer "Romeo" vor der Buchung detailliert zu besprechen. Die Öffnung der Schiebetür der Dusche ist für Leute ab 2XL zu klein.

Wij werden bij aankomst super vriendelijk ontvangen. Na dat we ingecheckt hadden kregen we allerlei tips over de stad. Gedruende het verblijf konden wij met onze vragen bij Andrea terecht. De locatie bevind zich midden in de stad. Alles is te voet te doen.

Fantastic and friendly host in an ideal location. Great for a couple of nights exploring Verona.

Andrea is very welcoming and extremely helpful! The bathroom and bedroom are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is very handy.

The apartment was very clean and quiet, the location was in the very city center and close to everything. The room had AC but also mosquito nets, very appreciated!

The external bathroom can be a downside for privacy, it is close to the room, but still we had to pass in front of someone else's door. I guess it depends on who are the other guests!
