Nice positioning next to a bus stop

I didn't like the "card=power" thing. We were 2 and if the one with the card went out, the other stayed without power at home. (It was late evening so I couldn't turn on the light after taking a shower)

I didn't like that despite indicating our arrival time, the host called us and asked when we would arrive. And then she asked us to call her an additional 15 minutes before arriving. The room was terribly small for such a high price. Buses rarely pass by the hotel on the street, and during holidays they don't run at all. You have to walk 1 km to the hospital to catch a bus. I didn't like that the host was persistently knocking on the door half an hour before checkout time to remind us.

Nice, clean, and good looking hotel rooms. Staff was friendly. Wifi was good.

Not all workers speak English, including the person who is the main contact point. If you don't speak Italian, i suggest to contact him via email or text messages so you can use Google Translate to translate your text to Italian and his text to English.
