Pension Altstadt

The location was wonderful - just a block or so off a main square and lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. We actually had one of the best and most authentic meals at a nearby restaurant and oneof the most lovely in a small garden restaurant nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast very reasonably priced for a breakfast with many options and well presented. Parking felt private and safe - though a bit of a challenge to find.

I wish we had known it was three flights up. Also the sign in process could have been clearer - translating to English became a little hard. However, the manager quickly cleared up the confusion we had over the sign in process. Our parking instructions could also have been more clearly explained - maybe with a map.

Very nice people and clean place. Perfect location in the city center.

First the internet WiFi was poor, but after talking with the staff they made it work perfectly in my room.

Nice walking distance to everything, yet it's tucked away in the edge of the center so it was quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and newly furnished. We were regretting that we didn't book for another day.
