Emplacement pratique à côté du centre ville

Bruyant et mal isolé. Beaucoup de bruit provenant du bar dans la rue jusqu'à plus de 2h du matin.

The location is good, but there are other a lot better places in that area.

The general description doesn't match the room description. The rooms smells like sewage. And the bathroom was not cleaned properly. And there were some other guests' personal items hanging there. We booked for 2 nights, when we aske if we can change to a room with a private bathroom for the second night, they responded at 2am, but they needed our documents the replies were immediate. We ended up booking another place for the second night, since even if you cancel there is a fee(not talking even about a refund, you have to pay to cancel your stay).

Location was perfect for me. City centre is 5-10min away.

It is advised as apartment with shared kitchen and soundproof walls, but what you really getting is a room, and no soundproof walls, so you can hear people talking, snoring, farting... No air-conditioning in the room. Wash machine and dryer are in the kitchen so be prepared for heat and smells. So yeah, not really what I was expecting. I think you can get a better deal elsewhere. Otherwise, I don't have much to say, place was clean at least.

The location was ideal and quiet!

The number 1 room (where we were) bathroom smelled like an underground cellar and black mold was everywhere.. we don't think it's safe in the long run. You should do something about it! Also other rooms guests stole our food in our marked area on the fridge. Not adult behavior at all!

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient, close to the city center. The cleanliness was outstanding, and both the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very well maintained and fully equipped.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days.

Svidjela mi se lokacija i dobra povezanost javnog prometa, odlicna komunikacija sa iznajmljivačima, udobnost i urednost apartmana. Omjer cijene i kvalitete je realan, preporucam !
