La proprietaria molto reattiva e precisa nelle indicazioni. L'appartamento è pulito, il parcheggio va bene per una macchina piccola, ma in caso contrario non penso sia un problema trovare posto vicino alla struttura. Il letto è comodo e pulito. Si nota lo sforzo per rendere accogliente una casa abbastanza datata.

Il bagno è senz'altro da rinnovare perché nel monolocale mostra chiaramente i segni del tempo. Inoltre per accedere ai piani si devono salire delle scale in legno ormai consumate e anguste: chi ha problemi di mobilità o un bagaglio ingombrante/pesante è bene ne tenga conto. Personalmente curerei maggiormente i dettagli della cucina (spugne già usate ecc.).

Very very cozy atmosphere, like home. You immediately relax. We really liked it, cleanliness, coziness, home atmosphere. In the bathroom and kitchen everything is clean, everything is there for cooking, the view from the balcony is wonderful, lots of greenery. The location is also convenient, everything you need is within a minute's drive.
