Lokacija je dobra jer je povezana tramvajem,blizu je Maksimuru i bolnicama na toj strani grada.

Vlasnik kompletno treba urediti smještaj.Ne mora biti po zadnjoj modi ali ne bi trebalo ni izgledati kao da je namještaj i cijeli inventar sakupljao sa otpada.Nedostaje posteljina ( jastuci kako treba,dodatne deke ).Sobe na gornjem katu nisu za muskarce koji su visoki 2 metra jer glavom lupaju u strop.Između soba sve se čuje jer su klizna vrata na sobama.Znači cijeli smještaj makar se nalazi među šupama/garažama dobro je smišljen ali mu je potrebna kompletna renovacija.

Neno muy amable con todo lo que necesitamos. Ubicación buena.

Las instalaciones no eran gran cosa pero para el precio que tiene, está bastante bien.
