Nice balcony with sun, washing machine, and really nice people keeping the place. Family mart next to it. Pretty quiet at night.

Hot water stopped working after 1 day, uncomfortable/very small bed duvet, room quite cramped. For the price, quite disappointed.

This place pleasantly surprised me! I didn't expect too much, since the price is quite affordable, but I was really impressed with this place and would definitely stay again! The room with a balcony is very spacious. The beds are soft and comfy and they even include an extra blanket and pillow in the wardrobe. There is a fridge and waters included daily. The shower has GREAT pressure and gets hot fast-- it's better than my shower at home :) Daily cleaning service is very nice, and the cleaner even spoke a bit of English. The boss was very helpful, showed us the room and explained everything-- we had a misunderstanding due to Booking.com, and the boss just upgraded us to the room with a balcony, which was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. It's quiet, clean, secure, and comfortable!

We had trouble connecting to the wifi. We did use the password given, but it was only 1 bar, so a bit weak in our room. Also, this location is a bit further out from central Zhunan, so if you don't have your own transport, you will need to pay for taxis to get around Zhunan, but we knew that when we planned the trip. From Zhunan Station to the suites it's between 200-250 NT. ALSO; this is a Booking.com problem, not the suite problem: on Booking.com, it says ALL the rooms have a balcony/terrace but that is not true. The room I originally booked said it had a balcony/terrace, but it did not. The owner upgraded us to the room with a balcony, but you should beware of this since it seems to be a website error. Make sure you ask if the room you booked actually has a balcony.
