Very big room, very comfortable. Very big bathroom, the biggest I have ever had in Japan. A most lovable host, very gentle and welcoming. Very quiet area near the sea front. Had comfortable beds and everything that we need. Everything very well maintained and beautifully decorated. A must visit if you are in Japan around the area.

The house is incredibly charming and immaculately clean. The owner is so kind and clearly takes great care of the home. She doesn't speak English but communicates well through gestures. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet atmosphere—we barely noticed any other guests. Shared kitchen and fridge access were convenient. Thoughtful touches like instant noodles for purchase. Great yakiniku restaurant just down the street that’s open late. Only a 7-minute walk to Miyazu Station and 5 minutes to the bus stop. Very affordable for the area—only $122 per night. We stayed with a baby and still had a peaceful experience.

Air conditioning is strongest in the living room—bedrooms stayed warm but were still comfortable. It’s possible noise travels in the house (though we didn’t have any issues). Shower times is from 1500 to 2200 but there’s a note that says morning showers are ok. I’m not entirely sure what this means.

Friendly and helpful owners. Grandfather even lent us rubber boots when he heard that we're heading to Amanohashidate when there are thick snow outside. Spacious room with heated beds. Shower room even has heater to keep us warm. Location is great - 10 mins walk from Miyazu Station.

This guesthouse is a breath of fresh air as a change to bland hotel rooms - its an old-style house stay. It is very chill, quiet (only woken by the sound of birds by the river) and spacious (we had the room with 5 beds and living area). There is a fully equipped kitchen you can use, bathroom for guests, 5 minutes stroll to restaurants, and 20 mins to Amanohashidate resort by boat, bus or train. The owner ‘granny’ is a great character who could handle my poor Japanese/sign language and made us feel very welcome.

The guesthouse is very well maintained… everything is very very very clean!!! The equipment is great and you feel like at home. The owner, Eeko San, is very friendly and helpful… a very good host. It’s a small guest house, so don’t hesitate to make your booking fast!! I highly recommend this guesthouse !
