There were coffee pods but no breakfast provided. The room was very nice and the location was close to the central train station, which was convenient for us.

There was nothing dissapointing for us, the GEO location phone app requirement for entery into the building was a little unclear at first but proved to be simple and convenient in providing access.

Well located, clean and extremely hospitable, the property was available within minutes after the booking, despite quite “last-minute” decision to stay in Modena. All needed information for checking in was provided in time, all done stuff-less. Checking out is as simple as leaving the key at the counter. Nice view out of the window is a bonus.

The owner is very nice, gave very clear instructions. The room was clean and organize. Very recommend.

The apartment is in the 4th floor.

Very good location, close to the city center. Easy communication with the host. All necessary facilities for the stay were provided.
