The place was very nice, nice view, nice staff

The hot tube was 300 lei more, the rent was not good value/expensive

Maramures is one of the most beautiful regions in Romania. Staying in Moisei at Alpina Deluxe Panoramic allows you to connect with the nature, and the people around. The view from the room we got was amazing and we totally recommend this place to everyone. On top of this you can taste traditional food, which is truly delightful.

Great and humble Personnel

Oldish, not fully finished outside, room slightly damaged

- The location. You have a very nice view - The staff is friendly and very helpful - It is located pretty close (driving distance) to most attractions - Decent breakfast

- The pictures are probably from other rooms, because the room we got didn't look like any of the pictures - It is far from clean, especially the note it had here. - Although the staff is friendly they seem overworked. Cleaning, breakfast, taking care of the hot tub and jacuzzi, etc. During our stay we only saw 2 staff members who had to do almost everything. This could lead to the fact that cleaning in the rooms is done fast and superficially. - It takes a lot of attempt to finally reach somebody (probably the owner) to maybe discuss something. - The furniture could use an upgrade. - Lose the word "deluxe", although nice, the accommodation has nothing luxurious about it.
