"Bad"

Their behaviour is so unprofessional. Firstly, they did not reserve the room though we called them also after booking. After we reach, they told us to wait in a room while our room will be ready. But after 8 hours of waiting they said to take two another rooms which were too bad. We denied to take those two rooms and continued in a single room where we were waiting. But they took payment of two rooms. Rooms are so stuffy, claustrophobic and ceilings are broken. We stayed there for two days. No toiletries have been provided, they did not clean the room at least for once! There was no remote of AC.

Rooms are good but hotel is not upto the mark. Value for money. Near to street food, market and gate way of India.
