Die Zimmer im Parterre waren geräumig und sauber. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde uns draußen beim Eingang serviert. Speziell ist, das man am Abend vorher sagen musste was man wünscht

Schönes, gut dimensioniertes Zimmer, Lage spitze, 7min in die Altstadt (Zu Fuß) Elena und ihr Team waren super… vom Frühstück, Tipps fürs Parken oder Restaurant… alles spitze

Ich kann den positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen: sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft, Rita ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, das Frühstück, auf der (straßenseitigen) Terrasse vor dem Haus serviert, ausgezeichnet.

Der Hinweis "Parkplatz inkludiert" ist irreführend. Dass Parkplätze auf der Straße grundsätzlich verfügbar sind, mag schon sein - nur sind in der Praxis einfach keine zu finden. Die Suche nach einem freien legalen Parkplatz kann langwierig und mühsam sein.

The breakfast was good and sufficient, we had freshly cooked eggs, grilled sandwiches and enjoyed pastries and fruit. And yes - coffee!

We didn’t know that we couldn’t park on that side of the street on the first Monday of the month. There was no No Parking sign there; in fact it was somewhere at the beginning of the street which is perhaps two kilometres long, and it was in Italian. So the locals know about it, but as we don’t speak the language, so we just added to the city budget, more than 60€ :)

El personal muy amable en todo momento, hablan español perfectamente, las instalaciones son muy lindas. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. A unas cuadras hay un parking gratis para estacionar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de un hermoso paseo por la costa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el coche de nuestro bebé y ellos tuvieron la amabilidad de repararlo, para nosotros era MUY IMPORTANTE, siempre vamos a estar agradecidos. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento.

La struttura si presenta molto pulita e ben curata, in una posizione ideale a pochi passi dal lungomare e dal centro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La camera era ampia, confortevole e accogliente e il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Gli spazi interni dedicati alla colazione risultano insufficienti quando la struttura è al completo, non riuscendo quindi ad accogliere comodamente tutti gli ospiti. L’addetta alle colazioni si trova a dover gestire contemporaneamente diverse attività (preparazione del buffet, pagamenti e fatturazione) e quindi sarebbe auspicabile l’affiancamento di un’ulteriore risorsa. Ho inoltre riscontrato poca disponibilità quando ho richiesto l’emissione di due fatture separate, una a mio nome e una per il mio collega: mi è stato infatti risposto che trattandosi di un’unica prenotazione la fattura poteva essere solo una. Una risposta di questo tipo non mi era mai capitata nei miei diversi anni di trasferte di lavoro.
