Casa dei Liuti is the perfect place to stay in Alghero The rooms are tasteful clean comfortable perfect, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with great shower, room maintained every day. Shutters to keep room dark, fly screens to leave windows open, triple glazed windows if you wish silence. The view over looking the Piazza is beautiful to see the blue skies or people watch or be serenaded by the street entertainment. It could not be more central a 3 min walk to the port and lovely walk to the beach. Davide the host is the best he could not be more helpful and caring always at the end of the phone. He is a fountain of knowledge and has great recommendations of which we found invaluable. His team Chiara and his lovely ladies to maintain the rooms are so pleasant and welcoming. If you stay here you are guaranteed to enjoy your time in Alghero.. Gracie Davide

Beautiful hotel and wonderful jhost

Davide is a passionate host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. Upon our arrival at the beautifully renovated room in a charming old building in the heart of Alghero’s historic Old Town, he welcomed us warmly and shared detailed, thoughtful recommendations for cafés, restaurants, and sightseeing which was all based on his personal experience. He was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had, not just about the property, but about Alghero in general. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished. Despite its central location, it was remarkably quiet thanks to excellent sound insulation. One thing to keep in mind if you're renting a car is that the Old Town has limited traffic zones, and finding parking can be a bit challenging during busy times, especially at night. However, this is common throughout Alghero and not specific to the property. In fact, Davide was very helpful and provided all the necessary information about nearby parking options, including locations and prices, in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting Alghero.

Alghero was so dreamy and we would definitely stay here again. This was the best hotel experience we had in Sardinia. They were so kind, patient and thorough with suggestions which really added to our stay experience. It's the best location and such a beautiful hotel!

The Casa Dei Guest house has the most amazing location! Centrally located in the historic centre with beautiful scenery, historic buildings, shops and restaurants just outside the front door. The beaches of Alghero are outside the historic centre, however they can be reached easily by bus or car in 10 minutes. There is a beach shuttle, but also the public buses are easy to use and air conditioned. There are also many beautiful beaches and nature outside of Alghero, 15 - 30 minutes drive. So it is worth doing some day trips. The hotel is newly renovated, stylishly decorated and very clean. The air conditioning kept us at a comfortable temperature during the hot days and the rooms were surprisingly quiet given the location and activity outside in the evenings. The hotel staff were amazing, always available with helpful hints about the area. Alghero is a beautiful city with so much to offer, the city exceeded our expectations and the Casa Dei luxury guest house was a perfect base to explore the city. We would definitely come back.
