Sarapannya tdk enak dan apa adanya. Tdk seperti penginapan2 syariah lainnya. Kamarnya jorok dan asalan. Pertama saya msk kekamar saya minta selimut dan sarung bantal di ganti krn kotor dan bau.

If you are a foreign traveler planning to go to MENTAWAI just DON’T stay in this Hotel! I left this hotel after one hour of staying. First when i arrived nobody say even “hello” to me, i was waiting for check in LONG time, extremely slow, then, they don’t understand how booking.com works, they tried to charge me their hotel price instead of price that i had on booking.com , reception don’t understand that booking give discounts depending on your account level, so they had to call the manager! After that when we arrived in room, room looked totally different than on photos, i didn’t even had a towel in the room, it was dirty , depressing room with black spots on walls, spider net in corner, i found hair in my bed from who know who. Then i kindly ask the reception if they can change my room to another one because this is not what i booked, they say they are coming..i was sitting half an hour nobody came….so i went down and i saw receptionists dont care, so i told them to call me the manager , i wanted to speak with her…they tried to avoid that, they didnt let me first speak with her, then after when i got upset they gave me. Manager told me on phone that the room is CLEAN…so how is it clean if you have 2cm dust on television and spider nets in corner, and somebody hair in my bed?! What type of cleaning is that? Specially for that price. I got my money back, and i left the place straight after that. I am not a picky guy i can sleep anywhere, but when i see somebody just dont care about their customer i dont want to give them my money i would rather sleep on the street. For this price there are much much better places in Padang!
