Nice guest house very friendly owner would recommend this place

We enjoyed the space the flat provided. We were able to cook and to refrigerate our food. The hostess was responsive and readily available for questions. The bus stop was very near and easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet.

Nice to have a while apartment, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves. Spotlessly clean and facilities to cook a meal if needed. Parking right outside too

Nothing to dislike

Nice and cosy, everything you need there. Owner was nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

To be honest there's nothing there I didn't like. Was all great.

This was our second time staying in this guest house. Excellent position for Sandy Lane and only a short drive away to Oxford centre. The place is immaculate, soooo clean! Microwave, cooker and toaster in kitchen. Nice shower, comfortable bed, lovely little dining room/lounge central area. Could not get the TV to work other than Netflix but we could have asked and I am sure it would have been sorted. It was not an issue. Carpark in front of garage (off road) just outside the bedroom window. Would come back.

The property was nice on the inside. It was on a quiet street. It was clean and had everything I would expect.

The communication on the parking was frustrating as I asked a couple time where to park since the add said “private parking onsite” I ended up waiting in the road and moving multiple times as other cars came and went, until the landlord came out to tell me where to park. A simple picture and directions would have helped. I also had a hard time seeing the number on the house to make sure I was in the correct location, I ended up using the numbers on the neighboring houses to make sure I was in the location. Final recommendation, it was warm in the apartment (summer) and a fan in the apartment would have been nice.
