L'appartement est pratiquement un garage réaménagé pour touristes pas difficiles et n'est pas dans la maison photographiée; peu de lumière, l'équipement est bas de gamme, la salle d'eau est très étroite, la douche 50X50 mais l'eau est chaude. Radiateurs froids au rez de chaussée, heureusement une clim réversible au 1er pour réchauffer. Il ne faut pas avoir envie d'aller aux toilettes la nuit escalier raide et étroit ! L'appartamento è ricavato da un garage, con soppalco. Di per sé non sarebbe male, ma appare trascurato. Muro scrostato nel bagno, polvere del muro trapanato sul bordo delle mattonelle davanti al lavabo, lavagna di benvenuto con messaggio di buon anno nuovo (una sciocchezza, vero, ma siamo state a ottobre!), cestino con depliant di Padova mescolato a caramelle, carte da gioco (non tutte) e altre cose, probabilmente lasciate da ospiti precedenti. Le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale non sapevano di pulito, ma magari è stata un'impressione errata. E come in tante strutture... non c'è un appendiabiti per i giubbotti. Anche l'area esterna, di fronte alla porta di ingresso, sembra un po' trasandata. Insomma, grandi potenzialità, ma decisamente da migliorare. Grazie comunque.

Расположение апартаментов Cà Batuffolin было отличное, рядом с Prato della Valle. И до центра города мы тоже ходили пешком. Место тихое и уютное. Сразу за ц. св. Иустины. Хозяйка всё показали и рассказала. Всё необходимое имелось.

Для нас было не очень удобно расположение спального места верхнем уровне (но это может в силу возраста). Плохо продумано расположение кондиционера. Работал кондиционер хорошо, нам было легко в доме в жару (35 -36 градусов тепла на улице!). Но лучше было бы его немного сместить в сторону TV, тогда бы поток был не в лицо. И душевая комната была тесновата. Но в целом апартаменты неплохие.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation was its location. Close to the most important attractions of Padova. It is relatively easy to park the car on the street in front of the building.

The apartment in the annex needs to be renovated.

Great location, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed
