Lisa and Andy are wonderful hosts. I received an excellent welcome and overview of the property. The room was amazing. Exceptional value for money.

The room is so cute, every detail was amazing. Lisa and Andy were lovely and we were surprised with our private Irish Bar. Every time we go to Picton we will definitely stay there.

Peaceful, quaint property, we arrived from a late ferry, Lisa gave us clear instructions how to find our room, very comfortable room, provisions for a continental breakfast. Only a short stay this time, will use this property again.

Irish bar all to ourselves? Italian bedsit in middle of Picton? Perfection

We really liked the personal attention to every detail. Very eclectic and unique decor, incorporating chandeliers and lace. The outdoor area for our use was great, and the surprise extra room (which we didn't have time to use). Lovely breakfast, thank you. Our host was very engaging and welcoming.

The bathroom is a bit narrow with regard to the toilet area.

Super adorable place to stay! The decoration is full of thoughtful details, and I couldn’t stop saying “wow” the moment I walked in — everything was just so cute. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and you can even see the mountains from nearby. The yard is large with plenty of seating areas to relax, and their cat is absolutely adorable too. I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended!
