"Clean, comfy private rooms close to beach"

Very nice host family, uncomplicated extension of stay. Clean and good location, but in a back alley, so quiet at night. If you can, call them instead of booking online, you'll get a much better price. And availability is not always reflected online.

"Superb"

We had the highest room with the balcony, which i really enjoyed. Also the owners are really nice and the place has a really relaxed and peaceful atmosphere in the middle of this crowded Arambol-chaos. I really enjoyed the two days in this space. Lets you have a break from whats around and is still in the Center and you can reach the beach and village with a few footsteps.

The bed was not that comfy.

"Poor"

It didnt feel Shanti as the landlords seemed to be only interested in money and not making the guest feel welcome. No smiles, but only asking for money. At some point in my stay the father just stepoed into my room to get payed in advance, which I agreed to and we agreed on the length of stay. After they asked me for more and said I owe them money. Strange policies, not friendly and intrusive. Treat people like you want to be treated.

the location is one of the greats values of this place, it was very clean and the room has enough space. kirtesh and his family were so kind. they were flexible with the check in/out. and provide all that I needed for my time there! it was a good place to stay!
