Property Notes

Customers are required to pay the full balance in cash or debit card on arrival. Customers are required to reserve room/rooms with credit/debit card but pay with debit card. We also accept bank faster payment before arrival. Rooms are normally only available after 16:00 but earlier access is available by prior arrangement for a GBP 15/room fee. The check-in times are strictly adhered to. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of GBP 20 applies to check-in's between 22:30 and 00:00 and a fee of GBP 30 applies to check-in's from 00:00 until 00:30 Please note check out is from 5 am till 10:30 am. All guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am. If you wish to extend your stay please let us know, a £20/room per extension charge will chargeable before 12:30 noon. Then £15/room per hour extension chargeable before 2:30 pm. After 2:30 pm is full price chargeable. Please note that the property may pre-authorize cards for security reasons. Please note this property has 2 entrances. Access to the car park is from the rear entrance only not front. This is in comliance with traffic rules of the Southgloustershire Council. Please use this post code BS34 7PQ when using a sat nav to reach the property. For disabled or reduced mobility guests please book a hotel instead as we do not have facilities like disabled access or elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Was a great stay with great staff."

Access from car park was good. Signing in was easy and paying was straight forward. Very detailed instructions clearly explained. We went for a meal at a Harvester which we found without any difficulty. Had an early night and breakfast at 8.00am. was ok. Happy with the whole situation. Was very clean throughout. A great stay. Thank you, will be back.

Was happy with all, nothing to dislike.

Fin beliggenhet i forhold til Bristol med bil, og det gikk kollektivt rett utenfor. Veldig koselig vertinne.

Harde senger og puter, veldig lytt mellom rommene. Tok lang tid før det kom varmtvann i dusjen. Tv'en har kun vanlige tv-kanaler, ingen apper eller streaming.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and functional and the beds were very comfortable. Convenient location just out from the city centre. Free parking was very handy too.

Lovely friendly host who met us upon arrival. Clean accommodation, with all the basics like tea provided. Clean bathroom. Cosy room which was quiet and ok for sleep. It was pretty much a good deal for the price. There is a bus outside on the main road, which is ideal to get into the city centre. Lovely old Victorian building with original features retained like stained glass windows, which I loved.

Carpet in room needs changing as it is tired and not clean. The fact you have to pay by debit card at the property, and cannot use a credit card might be an issue for some guests.

"Don’t bother with breakfast this is the vegetarian breakfast"

Breakfast was a disgrace and rip off the shower doesn’t drain and the wardrobe is filthy
