Property Notes

Customers are required to pay the full balance in cash or debit card on arrival. Customers are required to reserve room/rooms with credit/debit card but pay with debit card. We also accept bank faster payment before arrival. Rooms are normally only available after 16:00 but earlier access is available by prior arrangement for a GBP 15/room fee. The check-in times are strictly adhered to. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of GBP 20 applies to check-in's between 22:30 and 00:00 and a fee of GBP 30 applies to check-in's from 00:00 until 00:30 Please note check out is from 5 am till 10:30 am. All guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am. If you wish to extend your stay please let us know, a £20/room per extension charge will chargeable before 12:30 noon. Then £15/room per hour extension chargeable before 2:30 pm. After 2:30 pm is full price chargeable. Please note that the property may pre-authorize cards for security reasons. Please note this property has 2 entrances. Access to the car park is from the rear entrance only not front. This is in comliance with traffic rules of the Southgloustershire Council. Please use this post code BS34 7PQ when using a sat nav to reach the property. For disabled or reduced mobility guests please book a hotel instead as we do not have facilities like disabled access or elevator.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Все добре. В комнате тепло, чисто. Есть чайник, чай. Моющее дают. В комнате убирают. Интернет хороший. Тихо. Рядом с домом автобусная остановка ,легко добираться в центр Бристоля. Хозяйка всегда дотупна.

Кровати удобніе, но ..у меня рост 1,85 и кровать в длину в притык. И одеяло немного короткое.

"Worthwhile and suited my needs"

Quiet, nice single bedroom, good shower, comfortable bed, everywhere clean, price, tv, kettle, safe, private, old style (nice) guest house. I’m grateful to find single rooms anywhere, for solo traveller budget.

The price is good because it’s some distance from city centre.

"We had the most perfect stay."

Property was a converted old house, perfectly configured for a guest house. The room was really large the en-suite was really good size, the bed was really comfy with plenty of storage Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

One slight criticism was not much lighting by the front door

"Did not feel at all welcome!"

Room was clean and comfortable.

The Welcome was awful! On booking, I completed the section that says I am travelling for work and paying with a business credit card. On arrival the host insisted that i could only complete my payment with cash or debit card, I explained that i only have a company credit card that the booking was made with and was told then i would not be able to stay there and as it was less than 48 hours to check in, i would be charged full amount for cancellation!!! I finally got to the bottom of it that the host did not want to pay some kind of fee to booking.com and so she charged me an extra £4.50. Another guest who heard the conversation sympathised with me, that it was only that he was able to go to the cash machine, that he could stay, but that he was going to be charged a fee for drawing cash out on his credit card. All sounded like tax evasion to me. I suggested that if she didn't want to have to pay fees, that she should increase the room rate to cover it!
