Apartment ALESSIA

I absolutely loved the location because I felt I was walking around the Mama Mia set. Beautiful typical streets, with lots of cute restaurants surrounded by flowers and beautiful lighting. Also the apartment itself is very quirky and I loved the original style of the house. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was complete. Finally, the host gave me some wonderful recommendations for snorkeling and eating out. It was a truly, relaxing and wonderful experience.

Clean, dishwasher, washing machine, and wardrobe space, good location, quiet

The stairs are unbelievably steep. Not good for anyone with mobility issues or those who plan to have a few drinks. Closest car park is 9 minute walk costing €3.50/hour, free parking is a 23 minute walk

We got what we expected. We looked for accommodation directly in the old part of town. It was very cozy

Prime location; excellent communications; well outfitted apartment; comfortable beds; good kitchen facilities; laundry; comfy space; easy access; dishwasher; laundry lines; nice shower; excellent wifi.

Everything was great, so this is nitpicking. A sharper kitchen knife. Explanation on tv use (only local cable worked for us.) A pair of scissors would have been helpful.

Great location in the heart of old town. Apartment was clean and nice, air conditioner cooled it down quite well. Check-in was smooth and easy, all instructions received on WhatsUp in advance. Only one note for those who have problem with climbing stairs, rooms on the upper floors can be reached through steep stairs but everything was perfect regardless :)

it is a lovely apartment, perfectly located, I’m bigger than expected. It seems very clean and very well equipped. 

you have to be aware that the steps are very steep indeed, but we are in our late 50s and not fit and we managed it okay. 

The location was brilliant. Very convenient to restaurants, bars, shops. We communicated mainly with the owner’s son who was super responsive and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants.

Beware, the stairs are very steep and narrow and might be a problem if you have mobility problems or lots of luggage. (This is very common in Rovinj).

Very good apartment in the center of Rovinj. The owner was very kind and gave us good advice about free parking in Rovinj. he is also available if you need him for anything. We needed only about 15 minutes to the apartment. note that the center is closed for most of the traffic (except deliveries). The apartment was clean and with all equipment. One could tell that someone was living there not long ago. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience the true vibe of an old city,... with narrow steps, stone buildings, and all authenticity that goes with it. You can see the sea from the kitchen window.
