Atlanta Unit 1 Room 3 - Cheerful Private Bedroom & Bathroom

The location was great and facilities were clean

Unfortunately, we had a terrible stay here. When we arrived late, there were guests in another unit playing loud music from 11pm to late that could be heard throughout the guesthouse. Then we woke up in the middle of the night sweating because someone cranked the heat 81 and our tiny room heated up like a sauna. Then at 5am, someone put laundry in the dryer near our room and we could hear it running and clanging through our door. Lastly, the private bathroom was not in or near the bedroom. You have to cross the shared space to get to it, which was not made clear in the description. All of that said, I would not recommend staying here. The main problem was definitely the other guests, but no one is there to ensure house rules are followed, so it’s a gamble.

* online it states that the room size is 130 square meter. But this is not your private space. The room size is rather 15 square meter and the rest is common space * the air-conditioning/ heating system is controlled at one place for the whole house. The other tenants put it up extremely high so the heat in the room was unbearable and left the room early morning as when I turned it down they put it up again. * Nowhere is mentioned that the bathroom is only accessible through the communal area

The house is really wonderful. The host is a stupendous person. I had a great stay here.

Very nice looking property with spacious common area. Met some very friendly guests staying in one of the other units.

The bathroom—though private—is not attached to the bedroom. To get from the bedroom to the bathroom, you have to walk through a common area. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it might be for others. The listing should be clearer about that.
