Grandview Cottages Resort

We zaten in de Villa. Uitzicht fenomenaal. Middenin de natuur. Medewerkers en eigenaren erg vriendelijk. Eten voortreffelijk. Je hoeft het terrein niet af als je er eenmaal bent, alles is voorhanden. Een absolute aanrader.

What we liked most about the hotel we stayed at was the customer service. The staff and the owner were very kind and approachable. I also want to give a special mention to their dogs, especially Chocolate. He would watch over us and even acted like our tour guide whenever we went to the beach. Every time my family and I went out, he would always come with us. There was even a time when another dog chased us, but Chocolate walked ahead and chased that dog away. He was really good, well-trained, and very likable—felt like we wanted to take him home, haha. He wouldn’t even leave the beach unless all our family members were done and ready to go. Thank you, Chocolate 🫶. Also, they have a mango tree, and they gave us some when we asked. The place is also very relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful spot, this is perfect. The wind and the view are really nice. Just a heads-up though—the food prices might surprise you, so it’s best to ask for the menu first. We brought a gas stove and some food with us, and we just paid an extra 200 pesos. We also paid 200 pesos for bringing our dog. They have only one pool, and it’s under the sun, but it’s great for night or afternoon swimming since the view is beautiful. As for the beach, you need to walk a bit to get there, and it’s a bit tiring going back up because it feels like a trail—but still worth it. It’s just a bit exhausting, haha. Lastly, the road going into the place has big rocks. They did mention that small cars or sedans might have trouble getting in because the rocks are sticking out. We went there on June 14, 2025. The view is overlooking the beach, Refreshing, relaxing, staffs are friendly and helpful, the owner is really hospitable. The beach is nearby you need to walk tho but take it as exercise, they have very behave and healthy pets around. The food is delicious, i would gladly recommend the place!!

The road to the location is a bit rocky and part is muddy, but the owner assured that it will be fix sooner, we went there during rainy days but on sunny days for sure it’s not an issue.

Very quiet by week day, more noisy on weekends by daytime.

The location and the architectural designs of their cottages. The spot of the pool was perfect too and it has an access to the beach. And the smiling and friendly staffs, the corkage fee was cheaper as well.

It's a beautiful facility with a spectacular view. A bit more open, outdoorsy than I was anticipating, but very nice, nonetheless. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was a bit far from the dive area I was diving at, my fault, but still doable. They had a moped there that could be rented, which did work after they fixed it the first day.
